The sandbox may collect a name, email address, shipping address, acceptance record, order and payment references, a private status-link record, administrator audit events, support messages, and security logs to test the workflow. Raw card or bank credentials are not stored.
If the service is later activated, additional organization and researcher-verification information and order, lot, shipment, and retention records may be required. Information would be used for eligibility review, transaction processing, fulfillment, recordkeeping, support, security, incident response, and legal compliance.
Information may be shared with approved service providers, payment processors, carriers, professional advisers, and authorities when required. Personal information will not be sold or used for targeted advertising. Retention periods, Texas privacy rights, request verification, appeal methods, and the final privacy contact require review before live use.
